When we say “designed to be built by you” we mean it. There have been hundreds of hours spent to ensure our chassis kits are easy and straight forward to put together. By incorporating our tab and slot system almost every part on the chassis is located for you making assembly straight forward and stress free. Every chassis also comes with a detailed set of instructions, and we are also working on an assembly video which will be available soon.

The idea is you can start with the base chassis kit Which includes all the components to assemble the main chassis. Then you would add on all of the sub assemblies as needed, or you can choose to purchase all at once. The idea here is to make it affordable for the average person to obtain a killer chassis by spreading out the cost throughout the build process.

Builders Notes:

• This is a builder’s kit. You must have fabrication skills to assemble. All welding should be done by a certified welder.
• When buying the kit for the 60-62 please be aware there is some modifications required for the cab. The position of the front cab mount needs to be moved on the cab and a spacer needs to be added to the rear cab mounts. The floor supports on the fire wall also need to be moved by drilling the spot welds and moving them out board to clear the fame rails.
• The chassis is designed with a 1” body drop. This is done so you can shim the cab up and down to obtain max lift if a smaller tire is desired. The chassis is designed to lay rocker on a 29” tall tire with a max lift of 7.5”.  Anything shorter than a 27” tall tire you will start to lose lift.
